RedevSathi provides a software platform for housing society redevelopment management including document management, voting, financial tracking, resident communication, and compliance tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Society administrators are responsible for accurate resident records and access permissions.
Users must provide accurate information and maintain the security of their login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
Voting and document features must be used in compliance with applicable cooperative society laws and regulations.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and subject to change with notice.
A 14-day free trial is available for eligible plans. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Refunds are governed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee for Starter and Professional plans.
RedevSathi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RedevSathi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Society-uploaded documents remain the property of the respective society.
RedevSathi is a technology platform. We do not provide legal, financial, or engineering advice. Societies should consult qualified professionals for redevelopment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedevSathi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
